How will I get confirmation that my order has been received?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. You will receive a second email when the order has been shipped. This email will also include a tracking number, if available.
How do I know if my items are available?
We strive to keep our website updated with the correct stock levels. Please check back as we restock products on a regular basis, and we also add new styles frequently as well.
How do custom orders work?
Start by visiting the 'Custom Bags' section on the main menu. From here, you can select a style, choose your fabrics and make it your own. Of course, if you have any questions specific to your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

When will I see my order?
Orders will arrive via USPS Priority Mail which should take 3-5 business days. Your order will go out on the next business day. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on the size of order, supply levels, and order backlog.
How much will it cost to ship?
Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the items shipped. Generally because of how little these items weigh, most orders will only cost around $5.00 to ship. This of course could vary depending on the size of an order. Leidi Bird will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping.
